MATERIALS NOT ACCEPTED

Hazardous Materials, Bio-Medical Materials, Explosives, Flammable Liquids, Tires, , Batteries, Fuel Tanks, Asbestos Materials.

The following items will add a minimum of $100 to the load: railroad ties, large tree trunks and stumps.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customer will accept full responsibility for contents of the roll-off container and agrees to additional charges if the container contains unacceptable materials. For more information on unacceptable materials, see below.

Credit card must be on file for payment of container and to cover any overages.

Customer will not overload the container. It must only be level full with no excess debris. Dirt, Rock, Asphalt & Cured Concrete are acceptable in 10, 15 or 20 yard containers only All materials must be clean and cannot be mixed with trash to avoid any additional fees.

Customer is responsible for damages and costs related to damage to containers while on job site. Moving of containers by customer is prohibited.

Customer releases LMTH of any responsibility for damage to driveway, grass, water lines, or other property

 Customer is responsible for any fines, impounds or costs incurred from state, county or city jurisdictions while container is on customer job site.

Customer will be charged $35 for all returned checks. LMTH may refer delinquent accounts to an attorney or collection agency. The customer will be responsible for any legal fees associated with this action, including rental and late fees.

By requesting a container for delivery, the customer understands and accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

10 yard 2 tons 15 yard 2 tons 20 yard 3 tons 30 yard 4 tons 40 yard 5 tons

A fee of $45.00 per ton over the tonnage limit will apply; max weight 10 tons, anything over 10 tons will be $55.00 per ton. Any overweight citations or legal judgments against LMTH while hauling from the customer’s site are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer will notify LMTH when container is ready for pick-up. The rental period is 30 days. If you decide you need more time you will be charged an additional $15.00 per day, up to 10 days. After 10 days an automatic $150.00 will be charged for an additional 30 days. Whichever is less.

WEIGHT LIMITS

Customer is responsible for maintaining a clear and accessible path to service the containers. If the container is not accessible, ready for pick-up or needs to be relocated there will be an additional trip charge fee starting at $75 depending on distance and location.
